dotorimuk is a korean dish. it is made of acorn starch. i've lived my whole life thinking that acorns weren't edible, but woah who knew that acorn starch makes such a delicious jelly.
my boss from work was kind enough to let me take some home!
she told me that it is very tasty when topped with nori and then dipped into soy sauce and sesame oil.
however this starch is very hard to come across, but if you ever do happen to find it be sure to try it.
