FLAVOUR

i went to go help out my papa at his work to make german christmas stollen, and i was very lucky to get treated to some delicious food. first off was the calamari, which was ridiculously tasty. Next was the quinoa with roasted peppers and tomatos, yam, artichoke, with roasted potatoes. i was stuffed to my capacity by the time i finished the day off at my dad's work.

WHOLESOME GOODNESS

had a delicious lunch with my friend at whole foods!

they have a large selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, and wraps to choose from.

we decided to try some of the curried tofu, chili lime tofo, 

and greek orzo.

was yum yum yum.

DAVID'S TEA

today my friend leah and i went to david's tea!

this tea shop is becoming quite popular in vancouver, and there is a good reason for it.

their tea is great :)

leah and i tried a seasonal flavour called, santa's secret as a soy latte and it was delicious.

this place not only has great tasting tea and friendly service, they also have cute cups and travel mugs for a reasonable price (perfect for christmas presents).
